Void Properties Clackmannanshire Council had a total of 439 void properties in 2023-24, 342 of these became void within the year and the remaining 97 were carried over from the previous financial year 2022-23. Refurbishment works were completed to a total of 352 properties in 2023/24 with 87 properties carried over into the current financial year 2024-25.
