Report on the Coronavirus (Recovery and Reform) (Scotland) Bill
These grounds relate to the length of time rent had been in arrears and where a tenancy was part of the tenant's ongoing or proposed employment and they are no longer, or did not become, an employee of the landlord
The Bill will change this by making permanent two of the temporary changes brought in by Coronavirus legislation.
