As DWP have not confirmed how many working-age people in receipt of Disability Living Allowance will not have been migrated to Personal Independence Payment at the date of transfer of Executive Competence, we cannot confirm how many working age Disability Living Allowance cases will be handled for the purposes of transfer.

For pupils above primary 3, free school meal eligibility is dependent on whether the pupil’s parents or carers, or the pupil themselves are in receipt of specified qualifying benefits, which are set out in legislation.

To ask the Scottish Government how much it would cost to top-up child benefit by £5.00 per week for people in receipt of the child element of universal credit.
Data on number of relief applications made is not collated, but the number of premises in receipt of Nursery Relief as at 1 June 2018 will be known in the Autumn.

Universal Credit is not available to people in receipt of Pension Credit, therefore the equivalent difficulties are not manifest for such cases and there is no evidence to suggest a change is required to the backdating provisions of the Council Tax Reduction (State Pension Credit) (Scotland) Regulations.
