Attempts have been made to deal with all the strands and bring them together. But we will get the amendments later today, which will resolve matters as far as we are concerned.
I have a problem trying to work out how we can get beyond the fine words and rhetoric and make things happen on the ground—a big bit of how we will do that is missing.
