(Mr Mike Rumbles): Good morning and welcome to our slightly delayed 13th meeting this year of the Standards Committee. Before we move on to the items on our agenda, I suggest that we discuss the manner in which we intend to deal with item 3, which is the consideration of the draft report on our inquiry into models of investigation. As we are considering the contents of a draft report, I propose that we move into private session for that item. Are members happy to do that?
