North Glasgow University Hospital NHS Trust has advised that it is meeting the guidance issued by the Accounts Commission for Scotland (now Audit Scotland) in its report entitled Temporary Measures managing bank and agency nursing staff.

To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to ensure that future Public/Private Partnership and Private Finance Initiative contracts safeguard local authority-run activities in the evenings, at weekends and during school holidays.
