The detail was announced in June 2024 in the ‘Freedom of Information policy objectives: 2024 to 2026’ but there are still no outputs: • Consider further extension of FOISA to organisations not already covered, including the Scottish Government’s planned consultation on extension to private and third sector care home and ‘care at home’ providers.
