Legislative Consent Memorandum on the Coronavirus Bill (LCM (S5)36)
Section 136(3) and (6) provide that where a prisoner is to be transferred to hospital by a TTD they should be so moved within 7 days of the date the direction was made. Paragraph 8 provides that the transfer may be made as soon as practicable after that period.
