UKSI Aquatic Animal Health letter from the Cabinet Secretary 12 August 2022

The Aquatic Animal Health (Amendment) Regulations 2022 were made on 18 July 2022 under Sections 38(1) and 51(1) of the Fisheries Act 2020. I can now confirm that this SI is consistent with the consent granted.
