To ask the Scottish Executive how an owner-occupier of a C(S)-listed building can apply for it to be delisted. An owner-occupier may apply for a building to be delisted by writing to Historic Scotland''s Listing Team, giving the address of the property and setting out why they consider it no longer meets the criteria for inclusion on the list.

There were 132 and 211 persons proceeded against for offences by licensed persons in the financial years 2007-08 and 2008-09 respectively, of these 72 and 122 persons were convicted of these offences where this was the main offence. These may include a small number of persons employed by licensees or their agents.
In accordance with provisions of the Inquiries Act 2005, the actual expenditure after 31 March 2010 remains dependant on future decisions of the inquiry chair and may differ from the projected total.

Section 7 of the Allotments (Scotland) Act 1892 provides that no building other than one of a specified type (such as a tool-house or shed) may be erected on an allotment. It obliges a local authority to pull down any other building.

To ask the Scottish Executive on what occasions a ministerial vehicle has been used to transport someone other than a minister or Scottish Government employee unaccompanied by a minister or Scottish Government employee since May 2007 and what the purpose was of each journey.
