To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will list the (a) appointments that were made to public bodies by ministers from 1999 until May 2007 and (b) political affiliation, where known, of the appointees.
All staff in the Scottish Government have a range of objectives which are agreed on an individual basis and against which their performance is assessed. Any performance payment which may be due will depend on an individual''s performance across all of their objectives.
I have had no meetings in my role as Minister for Children and the Early Years specifically to discuss this issue. However, it may have been referred to in wider discussions, for example on the implementation of the Early Years Framework.
To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-33426 by Adam Ingram on 12 May 2010, what the date is for the planned consultation meeting in which kinship carers will be involved.
