Victims Witnesses and Justice Reform Scotland Bill at Stage 1
Whilst we recognise the Committee’s interest in having a transparent and comprehensive audit, our view is that the ongoing reporting requirement, which requires that justice agencies assess how the standards on trauma-informed practice have been met in the last year, as well as proactively setting out how they intend to meet them over the next year, is an appropriate means of monitoring and 6 r eporting; especially when now allied to active oversight by the Commissioner.

The Scottish Government recognises the dangers of over-exposure to ultraviolet light. In October 2012, we launched the R UV Ugly? Campaign in partnership with Cancer Research UK, to raise public awareness of the dangers of overexposure to ultraviolet light through sunbed use.
