The Rural Communities budget supports community related projects through the Scotland Rural Development Programme (SRDP). Under Rural Priorities, this supports activities such as the creation and upgrading of paths and access routes.
Whilst L&DW reflects the ethos of the GSFS programme it also builds on it, to develop a single, comprehensive approach to the provision of palliative care to enable it to be embedded across Scotland, regardless of age, condition or care setting.

The Scottish Government works with the Carbon Trust to help Scottish public bodies of all sizes to reduce their energy consumption and cut emissions through the Carbon Management Programme.
