All that we want to do is compare the status of the CP/ABI teams in the four countries, which is an extremely small part of the football associations’ programmes. It is a scale in which England obviously leads and the Republic of Ireland is probably second, with Scotland perhaps third and Northern Ireland perhaps fourth.
