To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to question S4W-08881 by Keith Brown on 15 August 2012, what correspondence it has had with the EU regarding the process.
It was only the Scottish Government and casual observers who did not recognise that there was a serious problem in NHS Highland. John Brown’s review, “Corporate Governance in NHS Highland”, which was published in May 2018, proved that.
