We are about to kick off a study that revisits nursing, so we will pick up the bank and agency aspect in that. There has been a reduction in the reliance on agency nursing, which is good, so most of the increase has been in the use of bank nurses, which is better in relative terms.

There is occasional pluvial flooding but, more often, rivers burst their banks. In the summer, the big problem is the quantity of rain falling in a short period of time, hitting concrete and tarmac and then causing what we call temporary pluvial flooding.
