If I am not misrepresenting the discussion on food policy, it was decided that because there was relatively broad agreement across the board on taking the issue forward, and given that a number of groups were pursuing parallel courses of interest, it would probably be surplus to requirements for us to conduct a major inquiry at this stage, although that is not ruled out for specific aspects of food policy at a future date...
