However, I was informed on 2 October that COSLA leaders had voted to disregard those arrangements for 2015-16 and to simply roll forward the allocations for 2014-15 into the next financial year. That means that the most up-to-date needs of individual local communities will not be taken into account in calculating the 2015-16 settlement.
