What do you intend to do to overcome that and to get those bodies round the table so that we can get a financial memorandum that comes with some imprimatur of support from those entities?
We have said that costs and longer procedures are both concerns. Trying to get all creditors to agree or an agency to get everybody together will undoubtedly extend the length of procedures.
