To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will provide additional funding for Dumfries and Galloway Council to assist with the control of gulls and, if so, how much will be provided.
It is also possible for the public procuring body to inject capital contributions in order to assist affordability of the project. The Scottish Futures Trust will continue to develop improvements to these funding arrangements and work with the public sector to ensure that any project is able to demonstrate that it has achieved value for money.
