Having read the Executive's letter dated 26 September, I have concerns. Basically, it has taken four months to arrive at the conclusion that that the status quo is sufficient.

However, the issue of using new technology raises additional questions about whether people in all parts of Scotland have access to up-to-date technology and the resource implications of that.
