The Commission may charge a reasonable fee for considering the application. 2 The applicant must supply such further information that the Commission reasonably requires. 3 The Commission may either— 15 (a) grant the consent on such terms (if any) as it thinks fit, or (b) refuse consent. 4 If the Commission has not made a decision on the application within three months from the date on which an application is made, or (if later), the date on which the applicant supplied information requested under paragraph 2, the Commission is to be deemed to 20 have granted consent.
