In spite of that opinion, I continue to believe that, on balance, most injuries can be reduced by the wearing of seat belts, and I have called on Aberdeenshire Council and the Scottish Executive to take action.I wrote to the Executive to ask whether it would provide councils with funds to allow them to renegotiate their contracts with the bus companies.
