The Scottish Governmentpays for the Wildlife Incident Investigation Scheme, which is operated by the ScottishAgricultural Science Agency with autopsy assistance from the Veterinary Servicesof the Scottish Agricultural College.
We have seen a huge development of multi-annual programmes, external programmes that did not exist in the Union in the late 1980s and educational programmes that were spawned during that period.

Would it be acceptable to have a system of payment for an accelerated programme of completion of the register that increased the overall level of fees that are paid for all types of registration?
