Transformational work underway In written evidence, NSPCC Scotland suggested that "it is not clear how the Bill....will interact with the wider agenda of incorporating human rights instruments into Scots law including the UNCRC" as well as "how the Bill will interact with other legislative reform likely to impact on the future landscape of social care, including the Children's Care and Justice Bill and anticipated enabling legislation intended to accelerate implementation of the Promise."
