To ask the Scottish Executive what the frequency is of reviews of the sterling/euro exchange rate for the purposes of payment for high pruning of trees in accordance with the rates indicated in the Scotland Rural Development Programme 2007-2013. The payment rates for all rural priorities and wider Scotland Rural Development Programme measures are set out in the programme document, and are only amended if a modification is made to the programme to do so.
