The question is whether we could kick-start work on the early years, as we did with the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Bill, on which we undertook preparatory work in the summer before it was introduced.My concern is that we agreed not to have a reporter on the early years on the basis that we would be kept up to date with information, but we have not been kept up to date.
