That relates to the point that was made earlier about civil engineering contracts: we need to ensure that the number of projects is relatively even so that the industry is capable of delivering them and we get best value for money. Over a few months, the person is taken out every other weekend for a couple of hours, to allow them to get used to the outside world. That activity increases over time.
