We reckon that there might well be very few such cases, because there might not be a need for very many tenants to go to the tribunal, but tenants should still be able to take such action. If they need help and assistance to do that, that help and assistance can be provided in different ways; for example, there is nothing to stop tenants taking a case to the tribunal with assistance from one of the advice agencies out there.
