Delegated powers in the Aggregates Tax and Devolved Taxes Administration (Scotland) Bill (as amended at Stage 2)

The procedure following the amendments being made to the Bill will now allow rates to be set and scrutinised by the Parliament before the tax is introduced, while enabling them to change the rates quickly at a later date if needed.
