Visit (Prague) Agenda item 3 is consideration of a paper on our proposed visit to Prague. Members will note the tentative date for the visit, which is 27 February 2009.
Given the Government's excellent record to date in making ministerial statements to Parliament in response to parliamentary motions, will the minister assure us that "in due course" means before the end of the year?
(S3O-2169) As I outlined to Mr Stewart, the results of the policy review will shortly be made public. I want to build on progress to date and to focus future resources on those in the greatest need, so that we can achieve positive, measurable and sustainable outcomes.
Can we close the petition, but with the recommendation that information be supplied to us at a later date, or do we need to keep it open? It is awful early to make a snap judgment on the matter.

To ask the Scottish Executive whether it served foie gras at official engagements in 2010 and, if so, (a) at what engagements and (b) on what dates. The Scottish Government has not served foie gras at any of its official engagements in 2010.
