A new programme manager for the Police Scotland side had a significant IT background and was able to get in and look at the coding. Board minutes show a lot of discussion about how the detailed coding did not meet standard industry practice.

the Tied Pubs (Fees and Financial Penalties) (Scotland) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/Draft).
