To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will list the meetings held between Scottish and UK ministers since May 2007, showing the dates and topics discussed in each case.
Councillor O’Neill, you talked about long-term planning; had the Brexit vote gone the other way—had there been a vote to remain—would local authorities, in all honesty, be planning now for spends in 2021 and 2022? Would they be doing the work on that?

Whether the Scottish Government''s approval was required would depend on the nature of the proposal and, to date, Aberdeen City Council has not approached the Scottish Government about its proposal.
To ask the Scottish Executive how many properties are currently subject to secondary stock transfer. To date, 3,024 units have transferred through secondary stock transfer, and another 1,036 will transfer by end June 2010.

Scottish Government has made no representations to the UK Payments Council regarding the phasing out of cheques and to date has not been made aware of any concerns on this issue by consumers or businesses.
