When Vion is considering investing £20 million to £30 million in its business— So, there is no assistance. There is no assistance. Does that make reopening the Buckie plant an option?
A substantial health capital programme is under way. At present, we do not plan to accelerate the programme, because it is substantial in this year and the next two years of the comprehensive spending review.
It is a little disingenuous of the SPS to say that it does not determine employment matters when suspension of a certificate results in the employee losing their employment for a specified period.

This includes the non-profit distributing programme to support the new Edinburgh Royal Hospital for Sick Children, Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary, National Blood Transfusion Centre, and the replacement Balfour Hospital in Orkney.
