Funding has been a particular issue, and committee members may or may not be aware that, at the beginning of next year, European social funding will stop.
We are all mindful of the current rise in case numbers and the longer-term possibility that vaccines may not be effective against new variants or that the protection that they offer may wane over time.
As soon as a Public Bill (i.e. a Government, Committee or Member’s Bill) has completed Stage 1, amendments for consideration at Stage 2 may be lodged; and as soon as Stage 2 is completed, amendments for Stage 3 consideration may be lodged.
