The UK Government published all its key documents on the same date—12 January. Why did the Scottish Government take a staggered approach to dealing with those documents?
Unless something is picked up at one of those visits, it will be missed.Until recently all we had in Lothian was a dating scan at 12 weeks. Women now get two scans: a dating scan at 12 weeks and a more detailed anomaly scan at 20 or 22 weeks.
I do not know whether this is possible, but if a time limit was set on the turnaround of section 70 cases, parents would know when the decision would be made. If they had a date to look forward to, that would certainly help.
