Some years back, I took my family on holiday to Houston for reasons with which I will not bore members—they were to do with friends in the south-west of the United States.
I have already talked about the Welsh example, but if we want to look internationally I would point you in the direction of Costa Rica, Chile and New Zealand—this is not a bid for a holiday. For more than 20 years, Costa Rica has had a good structure for the support of biodiversity and a whole series of public ecosystem services.
It will not be the sort of room that you get in the very nice bed and breakfasts that you would head to on your holidays—it will be a very basic room with basic amenities.
My question was why there were no lifeguards or warning signs on that particular beach. Colin had researched his holiday thoroughly and knew about everywhere he was going.
If funding is not forthcoming from either the Scottish Government or the Green Investment bank—incidentally, we all welcome the fact that that will be headquartered in Edinburgh—do you foresee any difficulties in moving forward with CHP plants in the future?

I have a question before the minister moves on from the exchange upgrades, which I very much welcome. I mentioned that no date has been given for the work on the exchanges at Fern and Menmuir.
