Lectures from the Labour Party on economic consistency with regard to the euro area absolutely take the biscuit in this chamber.It will substantially assist the Scottish economy if we have fiscal control—that is, if we control Scotland’s taxes and resources and have the ability to manage our economy on that basis.
We have made it clear to Total and others that the Scottish Government will continue to assist in any way that we can and that we insist on total transparency in terms of the release of information.
I do not think that partial disclosure, especially when it is done selectively, is assisting the debate. I cannot see any possible reason for there being obstacles in the way of full disclosure and publication of the complete SCCRC report.

GBER X 72/2008 Investment Support for Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) Scottish Government. 31-12-2013 Allows Regional Selective Assistance (RSA) type grant assistance to SMEs in Tier 3 areas (non-assisted).
These days, one of the pieces of advice that we get under the general data protection regulation is not to collect, for example, employee data unless you actually need it, because then you have to protect, store and look after it and so on.
Amendment 20 divides section 1 into two sections, to assist users of the bill, given the amount of new material that will be added by the amendments that I have just discussed.
