Yes, I agree that that is desirable, but a national approach might not be crucial; it might be that a common number across forces could be developed. I know that ACPOS is actively considering that. The Government will meet ACPOS to discuss the potential for that to ensure that there is a co-ordinated approach to this issue across Government.
