Children of Substance-misusing Parents (Assessment) To ask the Scottish Executive what progress is being made towards working with the Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland to take forward a model of integrated assessment to ensure that the needs of children of substance-misusing parents are identified at the earliest opportunity, as stipulated in "Hidden Harm—Next Steps". (S3O-787) Getting children the right help at the right time in the most effective way is a key priority for this Government.
