I thank the committee again for its work to date on the National Care Service and I look forward to hearing contributions from partners and stakeholders on the draft Stage 2 amendments.
The Principals in Scotland had a number of meetings throughout the process with SFC officials who kept us up to date with their approach. SFC were clear that their allocation involved making some difficult decisions.
We are choosing to maintain this approach in order to provide transparency in terms of emissions reduction to date, and progress towards each carbon budget.

Finally, the Bill provides that Scottish Ministers must maintain a list of protected premises, a map of the boundaries of safe access zones and to keep this list up to date with any extensions, reductions or cessations of safe access zones.
