During this pandemic, the Scottish Government has engaged with every education authority in Scotland to ensure that mental health support is currently in place as well as appropriate support in place for the return to school.

There is a broad range of support available to school leavers including a careers service provided by Skills Development Scotland (SDS) which offers free and impartial expert advice to all those who need this support.
I was previously a member of the Rural Affairs, Climate Change and Environment Committee when we scrutinised the Aquaculture and Fisheries (Scotland) Bill in 2013. We went on site in Lochaber and saw wrasse, which seemed to be a good remedy for the issue.

Later this year, we will introduce the Gender Representation on Public Boards (Scotland) Bill, a key commitment of our 2016-17 Programme for Government: A Plan for Scotland.
In the financial year that is about to end, our equally safe fund has already allocated around £4.7 million to local Women’s Aid organisations across Scotland. That is evidence of our strong commitment.
