I cannot get any of the information through freedom of information requests because it is not covered by the FOI legislation or Scottish Government officials advise that it is not possible to provide it.Participants in some projects have told me that they are surprised that I cannot get the information and that they are happy to share it with me, even though it might be out of date. However, others have refused to give me information.

The Health and Care Professions Council’s (“HCPC”) earlier COVID-19 order (S.I.2021/27) was laid in both the Scottish and UK Parliaments on 14 January 2021, however, the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee noted that S.I. 2021/27, in amending HCPC rules, omitted a provision that defines the date a document is treated as being sent.
