The Scottish Government works across policy areas to raise the profile of child health and to ensure proper account of the needs of children and young people is represented in relevant developing policies. Getting it right for every child (GIRFEC) is a national approach in Scotland to improving outcomes and supporting the wellbeing of our children and young people by offering the right help at the right time from the right people.
Our Mental Health & Wellbeing Strategy lays out our vision for improving mental health so anyone who needs help can get the right help, in the right place, at the right time for any aspect of their mental health.

To ask the Scottish Government how it will ensure that the public sector equality duty and any new human rights framework are compatible and adequately linked.
I was previously a member of the Rural Affairs, Climate Change and Environment Committee when we scrutinised the Aquaculture and Fisheries (Scotland) Bill in 2013. We went on site in Lochaber and saw wrasse, which seemed to be a good remedy for the issue.
I welcome Alasdair Allan, who has joined us for our consideration of the Schools (Consultation) (Scotland) Bill. I remind all those present that mobile phones and BlackBerrys should be switched off for the duration of the meeting.Agenda item 1 is stage 2 consideration of the Schools (Consultation) (Scotland) Bill.
In the financial year that is about to end, our equally safe fund has already allocated around £4.7 million to local Women’s Aid organisations across Scotland. That is evidence of our strong commitment.
