To ask the Scottish Government which stakeholders will be responsible for compiling the evidence base for the consultation on its proposed Gender Recognition Bill, and what the basis is for their selection.
Local authorities can already run their own services in some limited circumstances, as some do. The Transport Bill, which has just been introduced to parliament, extends these powers.
