All eco-schools face problems of one kind or another—part of the challenge of being an eco-school is to get past those problems. I would like to record my dissatisfaction that any local authority is not prepared to fund recycling bins in classrooms.

My understanding is that the provision is likely to be included in a fairly wide-ranging justice bill, which is to be introduced early next year, but we can seek confirmation. It would be helpful to get confirmation, so that we can effectively close the matter.
