Subject to the consideration of the Children and Young People Bill consultation responses, the Government intends that the Bill contains proposals to define wellbeing for children and young people and a duty to report on outcomes.
However, what has unfolded shows us that everything was far from right and that the Dounreay stakeholder group representing the local community, and the rest of Scotland, had been kept in the dark.
