Brexit (Impact on Imports) To ask the Scottish Government what discussions it has had with the United Kingdom Government regarding the impact of Brexit on Scotland’s ability to import essentials such as food and medicine.
I accept that the work is a collaboration, but I hope that the Scottish Government can assure me that it will take a strong interest in it. Glasgow is Scotland’s largest city. We desperately need a project that will help us transition to net zero, and that looks like it could be the one.

Does the First Minister welcome the fact that Scotland’s Children and Young People’s Commissioner is now investigating the impact on families who live in the unit?
Section 259(5) of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 identifies that every person with a mental disorder (as defined under section 328) has a right to access independent advocacy services.

To ask the Scottish Government what the waste disposal bill to farmers will be as a result of the decision to remove the exemption for drum incinerators to dispose of farm plastics.
Are there examples of other bills in which the procedure for issuing fixed penalty notices has been included in the bill, or would the Tobacco and Primary Medical Services (Scotland) Bill be the first, if it were to happen?
That is why the people of Scotland are very proud of the food and drink industry and of Scotland’s larder, and it is why the Government decided to designate 2015 as Scotland’s second year of food and drink.

Subject to the consideration of the Children and Young People Bill consultation responses, the Government intends that the Bill contains proposals to define wellbeing for children and young people and a duty to report on outcomes.
