They get some financial assistance to do that. The programme was the old graduate placement programme, but it is now much more intensively oriented to companies and their growth and has been working well.I have been talking to ministers recently about talent.

We have already done work on evaluating the effectiveness of the farming for a better climate programme. We expanded the programme because the evaluation evidence showed a 10 or 11 per cent improvement in the carbon efficiency of the farms that were taking part.
