The SQA was established by an act of the UK Parliament before devolution; and this new subsection reflects that the Scottish and UK Governments are working together to ensure legislation is made and repealed by the appropriate mechanisms and in the right order.

I chaired the Short-Life Group and am pleased to provide the Group’s full report and recommendations for the information of the Covid-19 Recovery Committee.
